Great apartment

Ideal location for visiting the old part of town. Beautiful apartment very well appointed. Terrace garden and small balcony.

Beautiful views and great location but some things could be rethought

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Foix town with beautiful views of the castle. The roof terrace next to the room has a nice picnic table with views of the castle and the balcony from the room too. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated.

Communication about accessing the property was confusing and came rather late in the day (20 minutes before check in). The instructions listed a door number which didn’t exist as the doors stopped having numbers, so we had to just try doors once we’d opened the lockbox. We tried to reserve parking in advance but received no instructions on how to access the parking in the building and it is on a busy main road so we wound up parking for free in town. We also booked the accommodation as the main picture, reviews and facilities mentioned access to the jacuzzi on the roof terrace only to be told on the instructions when checking in that we did not have access to this. When we flagged this, we were told we could use it, but I fed back that this should be removed if not the case. There were amenities like shower gel etc in the bathroom but were supplied with minimal toilet paper which was frustrating to have to purchase for a short stay.

A very comfortable and modern apartment close to the City

Great location and a lovely view of the castle.

The bathrooms and renovations were mostly done well. The host was very kind, friendly, and helpful WiFi worked great. The jacuzzi was a nice experience and view, but we expected it to be fully private. Beautiful view from the small balcony and jacuzzi.

- the jacuzzi is not private but shared. This was unclear from the listing. - i disliked the bed, but my g/f loved it (she weighs almost nothing) - I tried the sofa bed and it was 1000x worse. - neither bathroom door closes, poor construction - shower door leaks - for the cost I expected a private jacuzzi and a more fully equipped kitchen.

La déco était très sympathique

Mauvaise communication, j’ai dû moi-même appeler pour avoir les codes de clés une fois dans le logement, on me prévient que les toilettes sont bouchées. Dépannage 24 heures plus tard. Le jacuzzi est à partager avec un autre logement. Aucun retour de mes plaintes. Pas de prise pour la cafetière, obligé de la poser sur un tabouret pour qu’elle soit branchée.
