It was ok, staff were all very nice and accomodating.

Close to everything, shopping, restaurants and easy access as to where i want to go.

Small shower, not enough closet space. No air condition in the elevators.

Friendly staffs and affordable!

The staffs are helpful and respectful. They always insist helping me carrying heavy luggages and let us borrow umbrellas when it rains.

Unlike BSA Twin Towers where you can just go straight to the mall in less than a minute, the location is a bit far from the main malls. I stayed in 22nd floor and would always here the cars speeding up and their horns. it’s not sound proof and can wake you up during the night.

The bed was so comfy. Wifi was very good. Clean room.

No staff assisted us to the room , although the guard helped us from the taxi to the lounge. Staff didnt greet much filipino guests, even some cleaners

convenient. kuya guard is very helpful. polite staff.

the window is broken. no bottled water provided. they have a water dispenser that you can get water from but it's 5doors away. toilet's exhaust not working..

if you have other options, stay at other hotels

friendly staff

rooms, facilities and location. rooms got flooded during heavy rains. and the toilet stinks. the hotell manager was kind enough and decided to move me and my family to other rooms. Also, parking is so narrow.

It was more like a motel not a hotel.

Everyone is polite.

The bedsheet and blanket doesn't smell good. No one called to clean our room (Hi housekeeping! haha). The receptionist also told me that they don't have a restaurant at the moment. I thought they have one. Checking in took an hour, checking out was faster but no one informed me that they are done checking the room and I that can go. :(

Staff were accommodating.

First room had cockroaches. They upgraded us to a better room but the first one was still an unpleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay. we just didn’t enjoyed waiting for an hour to be able to check in. 1 hour waiting time already cons

I booked for an Executive King Room however, the bed is just queen size. Also, our check in time is supposed to be 2:00pm. we arrived around 1:50 however we waited 1 hr for check in.

Perfect for short stays, location is amazing. Amenities were closed during our stay

Liked the bed and location. Estancia and Kapitolyo are within walking distances. Great if you're staying in the city and have other things to do - it's a decent stay. Staff is friendly and courteous, observed all health protocols.

CR could've been better, we had a dirty floor mat. Amenities were closed during our stay, so no opinion about it.
