the location was great. across from the mall. Great food for breakfast. the bed was nice. we had early check in. The lobby was always open.

I like the location and the staff.
The towels were almost gray in color. It seemed that they weren't bleached. No face towels and hand towels are available.

such a big hotel but with only 2 elevator… we have to wait very long for the elevator. even staff cleaning using the same elevator.
too crowded
too many kids not really relaxing place
7am guests in the hallway are screaming
