This hotel is amazing for family.
There is a pool on the rooftop, wher you can go anytime : perfect when you just landed in the country and struggle with time difference : we could watch the sunrise in the pool before breakfast.
The breakfast is perfect, lots of choice.
Rooms and bed are cozy and clean
You are really close to the ruins, jut five minutes by foot

The view from the rooftop is quite nice!
The location is also handy to visit the main attractions!
Breakfast was fine (7 out of 10)
The pictures did not represent the reality. Things are not that well maintained and all the cenote pictures are from another place that is 8km away and where they ask ~40 dollars to enter.
The showers ran out of water fast and there were leaks that made the bathroom always wet.
We were supposed to have access to the bicycles but the hotel actually never had then available.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Tulum archaeological site. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. They also have a link with a nearby cenote where I spent several hours swimming, reading and enjoying cocktails. There is also a small swimming pool on the roof.
It was slightly difficult as their credit card machines seem to have broken down. As I was running down on cash this was a problem. It meant that I didn't eat at their nicely situated restaurant on the roof, although the menu seemed a bit fast food and not to my taste. The good news is that there are two pretty tasty restaurants just five minutes walk away.
