The building and the service was on a good level. Location is ok too, but area is a bit bulky for my taste and not enough green. I was expecting area to fully build and full of services, but there was still building projects going on and feeling of emptiness (it might be August too).
Canal is nice, but the weather too hot to walk around it.
The room was nice, only some minor things missing (cutting board, kitchen cleaning spray).
I would stay again. School score 8+/10.
The location was a bit too isolated and "big" for my taste as are many newer parts of Dubai with roads and huge buildings.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the view. The location was convenient, and the apartment had everything needed for a short stay.
The studio did not feel as clean as we had expected upon arrival. The bathroom was also not to our personal preference and could benefit from some improvements. Additionally, some of the kitchen utensils seemed worn and could use an upgrade, and unfortunately the oven was not working during our stay.
