The resort is fabulous. The rooms all the facilities. The Asian restaurant was incredible as was the restaurant at the top of the ski slopes. Amazing. The equipment in the gym was the best I have ever seen.
I guess a couple of things. The bar food when ordered for a 5 star hotel (a prawn salad) was extremely disappointing on the first night. Secondly the spa and gym areas are oddly located having to make your way to the far end of the 4th floor and then use a lift. And finally this is something that needs to be addressed is the saunas. They were warm at best. My expectation would be a Finnish style hot hot sauna somewhere - there wasnt and the temperature is modest and easily bearable for upto an hour.

Best spa hotel in Ukraine with great location and plenty of things to do, walks, skiing, skating, swimming, etc. The spa itself is amazing. Pools, saunas, treatments along with nice views make you feel like in the Alps.
Great variety of restaurants to choose from.
Absolutely amazing breakfast.
Some of the minor things in the rooms need slight improvement, like worn out door handles.
The food in restaurants is good but for the price point I expected a bit better quality and a bit better service. I ordered filet mignon medium rare, it came medium and rather chewy. All other dishes were very good.

Even though it was fully booked out there is still space for everyone . Lots of activities to do . Huge spaces everywhere . Tasty restaurants. Very good service 👍
