Gute Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung.
Saubere Wohnung mit guter Lage zum Zentrum.
Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Küche kann gut zum kochen verwendet werden.
Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung.
Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war nicht sehr hoch, aber da kann der Unterkunftsbesitzer nichts dafür.

Spacious ( for 2 people) and clean , very close to Merano thermal pools, coffee shops and restaurants in the town centre .
The staff does not stay in the property but is instantly accessible over the phone and emails, responsive and very helpful.
N/A really as it is excellent apartment in the affordable price
For many people it’s important to learn that views from the windows are not particularly attractive ( lower ground floor sort of , looking at green lawn , no paths where from people could peek at your windows ) but still private , obviously, it doesn’t have balcony . However, it’s excellent for people who plan to spend all the time outside engaging with outdoors activities .

Es war sauber und modern
Die Lage ist nicht schön und es gibt einige Geräusche wie das Brummen von Lüftung, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage.
