Spacious! Light and airy. Felt right at home! Kitchen area with all appliances as stated in description. Coffeemaker, espresso machine, plus coffee and pods. Comfortable bed in the larger of the two rooms (didn't use the secondary bedroom). Pillows were good as well.
The location is perfect! Many restaurants within walking distance.
Owner responded quickly to any questions.
That parking spot was essential for us with our rental car. Not sure what we would have done without it.
Even though we were in town, we had no problem with noise at night. Peaceful sleep even with some windows open.
Outdoor temperature had been close to 80 on our arrival day. Our bedroom was still warm even with multiple fans on (three provided) and windows open. That was just an issue the first night. Washer was good; dryer took a long time. However, a portable double-rod garment rack, a drying rack, clothes pins, hangers took care of the matter.

Free parking stall. Very spacious. A lovely bakery was just around the corner which we frequented every morning for fresh croissants and bread. Fresh fruit stall steps away with luscious oranges. A street full of character and restaurants (although life can come to a stop at 8:45). We were impressed with the daily street sweeping.
A second mirror outside the main washroom would be helpful. We had to buy toilet paper, and brighter lights in the bedrooms for reading.

Spacious, clean, location
No air conditioner, no ceiling fans (only 2 small portable fans). Staying short time (4 nights) but host wanted guests to buy shampoo/condition & body wash & toilet paper rolls which doesn't cost that much to provide for guests but at least cut down hassles & worries for guests while on traveling. Host needs to add this more detail in the description
