Super friendly stuff, very helpful with organizing tours and great recommendations. Breakfast buffet is amazing and loved the complementary treats! Locationwise its also well placed - outside the city but with a great view on the volcano but still close enough to walk to the city center.

Location is good, a few minutes drive away from La Fortuna city. Zeithal from the reception helped us book an amazing zip lining experience with free transportation included. You can observe different animals on the property and get a wake up call from the howler monkeys. There is a covered area to practice yoga (manduka mats and yoga blocks provided) and a mini gym with jungle view.

We are both vegan and notified them upfront about that and they confirmed to have vegan options. It was a very slim offer in the end and the almond milk was sour, it went bad already and they didn’t have a replacement. The whirlpool is not with warm water, which is a shame.
