Friendly staff. Checked us in early no problem. Clean and great for what I choise, a cabin. Safe with locking areas.

The location was perfect for the ferry, the individual room was pleasant and clean, AC was strong and it was mostly quiet
The lack of private attached bathrooms, sometimes the bathrooms were unclean

The cabin concept is good. It’s still expensive for what it is, but okay—it’s Papeete. My main issue with the cabins is that the ladder to the bed is made of square-section steel bars, which are uncomfortable and can be slippery. I don’t think adding at least some padding would be a luxury. Sound proofing inexistent, bring earplugs.
