Comfortable bed and good location. Clean apartment.
Was on 8th floor. Elevator only goes to 7 floor and had to carry suitcases up one floor. Some people may find this difficult.

Great location very close to the action and across the road to the subway.
Apartment was spacious and well set up.
On the day we arrived there was no hot water and a technician arrived to fix it. Unfortunately the following day we had no hot water again and the problem remained until we left.
Also there is an arrangement where vouchers are provided for breakfast - we weren’t too bothered about the first two days as it was a public holiday and breakfast was going to be delivered (after 8:30am) so we cancelled but asked for the vouchers to be available the last two days of our stay but they weren’t provided.
To be honest I am more disappointed about the lack of hot water.
In the room there is a note reminding guests to be fair and not complain in an attempt to claim a refund. To be clear I am not seeking a refund but I don’t want others to be caught booking an apartment that can’t provide the basics of hot water.

The location was very convenient to the Duomo.
The photos on the booking site are of at least two different apartments. We noticed that multiple photos on the site did not at all match our apartment, not just with different furniture but with completely different facilities. My husband and I were traveling with our teenage daughter. While I thought we had enough space for all of us, our daughter's bed was a very small portable bed in the middle of the apartment, kind of between the living room and kitchen/dining area. The entire apartment also had a strange smell, which may be why there were so many diffusers and items to cover it up. The bathroom had no counter or shelf space. The two tiny shelves in there hold extra toiliet paper and one was coming off the wall, so no where to place your items.
