Charming place, lovely little holiday apartment.
Liked the facilities, while it didn't have a kitchen, did appreciate that the mini fridge was included.
Did like the location, was a great short trip into Colchester
Owner was communicative and friendly.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing, superb location
Really needed a fridge for a 3 night stay. Caravan fridge was sadly unsuitable. Did not detract too much but would have been better with fridge

Very new and clean, nice courtyard
No cooking facilities, no microwave, had to ask owner to turn heating on and off.
