Die Wohneinheit verfügt über Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung ist ganz nett eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Dusche in der Wohnung ist gut.
Bettwäsche war leider nicht vorhanden. Dies wurde zwar angegeben, aber kann leicht übersehen werden. Bei dem Preis sollten Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden sein. Die Ausstattung mit Gläsern und Schneidemessern ist relativ schlecht. Es gab nur ein Messer welches "scharf" war. Einige Steckdosen in der Wohnung sollten mal wieder festgeschraubt werden. Die Lampe auf dem Balkon war defekt. Ab 20 Uhr kann es vorkommen das es kurzzeitig kein Warmwasser mehr gibt. Vielleicht bräuchte die Wohneinheit einen größeren Warmwasserkessel.
