Location

I understand there are property management companies that handle reservations, but I didn’t receive details via text or email regarding the code for entry into the room. Eventually telephoned contact number which took about 10 minutes to obtain the code.

I don't appreciate being asked to wash and dry the dishes. I don't appreciate being asked to take out the trash. These are services most reasonable people would assume are included in the room rental cost. No staff anywhere, owners probably in Queensland, zero host interaction other than multi-page text messages demanding we clean-up after ourselves or incur additional costs. Hairdryer was dropped by previous guest and handle badly broken, wires exposed, I am hopeful we are not blamed for this. The hairdryer should be replaced. VERY small TV mounted on the wall at 3 o'clock from the bed meaning we had to watch TV with craned necks. Silly mirror in the room, unnecessary.
