The property has been tastefully decorated and was comfortable for a couple, spacious but cosy. The lighting throughout was gentle and well appointed. It got a little chilly one evening, but the heating was easy to control. Perfectly placed to enjoy everything whitby has to offer. It was a fabulous bolt hole for us to enjoy the area. Parking was easy enough, but on busier days you may have to hunt for a space, but the parking pass area is huge.
The courtyard to the front had a lot of cigarette butts scattered around, which wasn’t the nicest introduction to the apartment. The back courtyard wasn’t very nice at all, unless you accidentally burn some toast- I wouldn’t go out there.. There was only a single hanger in the property to hang clothes up. Sadly the fire controller didn’t work. A few more basics in the kitchen would be nice, there was a salt and pepper grinder but both were empty for example.

The apartment is perfect for what I need, quiet, calm, peaceful. A place to recharge. Perfect location, 5 min walk to the cliff beach to see the sun rise and set.
I'd love to stay longer but I'd need a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Location, decor and standard of furnishings and fittings - very comfortable
Outside areas. Greeted by overgrown weeds in front courtyard and chicken bones throughout the stay. Buildup of rubbish sacks outside back door.
WiFi code shown in accommodation did not work - discovered router had been changed. Terrestrial tv did not work.

It was a clean, well furnished apartment with good facilities.
The apartment was close to the town, beach and was so easy to get about.
Would highly recommend.
