スタッフの対応が良かった。
掃除ができていない。ほこりや、お風呂のピンクカビ、トイレが汚れていた。
カーテンがレールから外れて付けれない…

駅近くで、バストイレ別でありトイレはウォシュレット。室内洗濯機もあり、風呂場には乾燥機能が付属しており、洗濯物干しも置いてある。冷蔵庫もあり、簡単な調理設備も整っており、近くにはスーパーもある。掃除機も置いてあるので、それなりの長期滞在可能だと思われる。
室内はそれなりに綺麗。
エレベーターがないのは注意点だが、調子が悪い事を事前にスタッフに相談したところ、低階層にしてくれた。最初から最後までレスポンスの速さを含め、スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。
道路に近く夜中も交通量はそれなりにあるので、うるさいかもしれない。気になる人は耳栓を持っていった方がいい。
室内に以前の宿泊客のであろう髪の毛が落ちていた。
民泊の値段が上がっていた時期に予約した事もあるだろうが、お得感はなかった。
平井駅には総武線しか通っておらず、上野、新宿、渋谷に出ようとすると何か挟む必要がある。
