Comfortable bed, very spacious, lots of amenities. The kids loved it. The staff were super amazing and friendly.

Didn’t like the fact the beach towels needed a 20 euro deposit for each beach towel.

Everything , the food, the staff, the facilities, everything and everyone was splendid!! Really enjoyed my stay here and would be coming back definitely.
Mosquitoes and stray cats.. but buying fleet or mosquito coils would do the work.

It’s humongous… never seen such a big resort.. still not a rush anywhere due to so many pools n activities.. water park, kids play area, private beach, - you name it, it has it. The best part is though boulevard - an area is restaurants, shops and sports bar. The property is very well maintained to make the stay comfortable and absolutely stunning.
Truly Cabo verde style No Stress.
Minor things - The property is from 2014 which is visible at some areas e.g. the doors of the bathrooms.

The hotel was well situated just 15 minutes from the airport. The beach and pool areas were great.
The rooms were tired. Blinds didn't work properly the mattresses were disgusting questioning to myself if my bites are from mosquitos (to be expected) or bed bugs. The seats at the table were all cracking and the sofa looked like it had a sheen from a gallon of suncream. The main restaurant food was just the right side of average. Managed to get in one theme restaurant (ranch). Asked for medium, and I think the cow was still alive. Dread to think what rare would have been like.
The entertainment in the most part seemed to be just the team dancing. Wasn't approached for things like volleyball, water polo, darts etc etc. So very disappointed with that. From a Melia group hote, supposedly 5 star I felt it was a complete and utter let down.
Check in of two rooms by Victor took 30 minutes. Then when I went back to reception on the second day to pay the 20 euro deposit for a towel they couldn't do it because despite taking half an hour, giving me a key to both rooms he hadn't checked me in to my room. So had to wait for that to be fixed.
