Мы провели здесь несколько замечательных дней и остались очень довольны! В квартире невероятно чисто, красиво и всё продумано до мелочей. Очень уютный интерьер, в котором прекрасно сочетаются современный комфорт и множество старинных итальянских элементов — настоящее место для тех, кто любит атмосферу и очарование старой Италии. 🇮🇹
Отдельное удовольствие — балкон с потрясающим видом на горы. Утром особенно приятно выйти с чашкой кофе и наслаждаться этой красотой. 🏔️☕️
Большой телевизор, удобства, чистота — всё на высшем уровне. Чувствуется, что хозяева вложили много души и внимания в эту квартиру.
Очень красивое, атмосферное и душевное место. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова! ❤️

Borgo medievale tranquillo, pittoresco e caratteristico, vicino a posti bellissimi da visitare. Si respira un'aria d'altri tempi.
Locali ampi, accoglienti e pulitissimi. Non manca nulla, meglio che a casa!
La signora Roberta e il marito disponibili e gentili nell'offrire indicazioni in merito a locande, itinerari...
Consigliamo il soggiorno sia che si tratti per una notte, che per un periodo più esteso.
Ritorneremo di sicuro.

When going to Italy, you can stay in hotel, and you can stay in Italy. This is Italy.
Yes, it is 5 km from Riva, but you can overview whole Riva del Garda from above once out of the apartment door. You can take early morning stroll through silent streets between the ancient buildings and olive groves just outside the door. Location is just amazing, especially if you are travelling by car, as there is guaranteed free and private parking 3 minutes from apartment. If out for hiking, there are few paths going both up and down the hill (check Alltrails). Parco Grotta waterfall is 10 minutes walk downhill, a shortcut through olive groves is recommended.
Apartment itself is spacious, with nice kitchen, dining table, and chillout zone with modern TV for those dark evenings. Nice separate bedroom. Proper heating, too, so no issues in autumn or spring. Oh, and balcony with mountains view is nice, even if lake is hidden from the view by ancient roofs.
You have to wait a bit for hot water in shower (but it always comes).
During night, an occasional scooter hooligan may wake you up if you sleep in living room on the sofa, as you are separated from outside by single door. Amazingly, some local Italians seem to get their adrenaline by lone racing with scooter through the ancient streets when it is dark. :) Bedroom is properly soundproofed, though.

الشقة واسعة وجميلة ونظيفة وفيها موقف للسيارات، المالك متعاون ولطيف ويرد عليك في الواتس بسرعة.
فقط بُعد موقف السيارات عن البيت يحتاج 3 دقائق مشي وكلها درج طبعا.
