Really friendly and helpful staff. Great food available all day and the pool area was amazing. Lots of communal areas to relax outside. Plunge pool outside the room was great.
Room was a bit weird. It was split level with the bedroom downstairs but the bathroom and living room upstairs. This is obviously a pain whenever you want to use the bathroom in the morning and evening. Bed was comfortable but could never get the right temperature with the air con. It was either too cold or too warm, I didnt sleep well at all.

The staff was very nice, specially Nancy she was very helpful and supportive
We chose this hotel because of the private pool, but it was freezing cold and we couldn’t use it at all. This was late May so the weather was very nice and warm during the day. If the pool was heated it would’ve been perfect. Moreover, the mobile signal is weak at the hotel but if the wifi connection was good our problem would’ve been solved. Very poor wifi. Breakfast menu didn’t have much of option but it was ok. There is no buffet
