L’emplacement est pratique pour visiter Simacota, et l’hôtel reste une option utile dans la région.
Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude, la télévision fonctionne de manière irrégulière, et le petit-déjeuner est très basique, avec peu de variété.
Le principal souci reste le manque de personnel : il est souvent difficile de trouver quelqu’un à la réception. À plusieurs reprises, nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et il n’y avait personne pour ouvrir, ce qui nous a obligés à attendre. Une fois, j’ai même dû patienter près de 40 minutes sous la pluie.
Espérons qu’ils puissent améliorer ces aspects à l’avenir.
