La posizione ottima, la vicinanza a tanti supermercati e a spiagge molto belle.
La pulizia non era ottimale quando siamo arrivati, ragnatele ovunque (anche tra la testata e la rete del letto) e tantissimi ragni.

Der Kontakt mit Maurizio verlief jedes Mal einwandfrei. Er war immer und zur jeder Zeit erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Wir haben zu Beginn unserer Reise von Maurizio eine Datei zugeschickt bekommen, die uns auf die strikte Mülltrennung hingewiesen hat. Außerdem sind da viele Tipps und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe aufgelistet.
In der Küche war alles an Geräten vorhanden und auch Basics, wie Salz/Pfeffer, Öl usw. waren vorhanden. Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir hatten auch Waschmittel in der Unterkunft.
Private Parkplätze waren ebenfalls direkt vor der Unterkunft.
Die Unterkunft ist extrem ruhig gelegen und man hat einen eigenen Garten.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf Sardinien!
Wir hatten anfangs kein warmes Wasser, weil es ausgeschaltet war. Das ließ sich allerdings sehr schnell mit Maurizio klären und es funktionierte innerhalb weniger Minuten.

Casetta accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario, in un posto tranquillo ed immerso nella natura, ma comunque comodo per raggiungere spiagge meravigliose.
Il gestore, Maurizio, è stato molto gentile ed è stato disponibile e di supporto per ogni nostra esigenza.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo con bambini e cagnolino.

The accommodation has everything you need for a relaxed holiday.
We didn't liked the location, close to the beach by car not by foot when outside are over 35 degrees. The beach is about 15-20minutes maybe more if you have kids. Nothing around to have a dinner or lunch, unless you go 10-15 minutes driving and find restaurants fully booked. We cooked mostly at home and at the end of our stay we've found out that the host watching CCTV 👀 as proof of not compliance with the garbage disposal sortage (sending pictures from CCTV) and threatening us with Police . CCTV is for safety not to watch out your guests for the garbage reason I'll say. First of all his rules was sent in private not on booking and states about 100e fine. Our garbage was collected and just because we left few mixed garbage left overs put in one bag, the host wanted to be smart to charge us. I see one more review same . The cleaner also put it all garrbage in one bag. I will recommend in the future the host to add all comments into booking portal, also about his own rules on important information just to not make confusion for future guests. I would definitely not going back.
