Average but 10am check out is terrible

Good location

Check out was 10am with no help or facilities to store bags had to pay £30 for a locker they did not allow me to use the pool or any facilities after we checked out and my flight wasn’t till 10pm

Not impressed

The pool and facilities were good and the staff were friendly

The apartment looked out onto a roof, which was not shown on the photos. The first day there was a dead pigeon on the roof. The air conditioning unit above us dripped into the roof which caused an awful smell, the air conditioning unit on the tiny balcony constantly dripped and the container under it was constantly filling up so we could not use it as the floor was always wet. The sofa was so dirty, we did not sit on it at all.

Great location, spotless apartment, would book again.

Great location, all the amenities we needed. Shame we had bad weather as the pools looked amazing. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the communication from the team through messenger was really good.

It was quite hard to find from the instructions and there wasn’t anyone around to ask.

The apartment had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious enough for 4 of us. Good location.

Great location, all the amenities we needed. Shame we had bad weather as the pools looked amazing. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the communication from the team through messenger was really good.

It was quite hard to find from the instructions and there wasn’t anyone around to ask.
