I have sent a email to Sunstars have not had a reply the Company dont to look after their properties

the area as we know the area

the accommodation was not fit for purpose it smelt of damp and furniture was filthy ie the sofas the covers that were on the sofas are the covers that are in a picture as a bed cover my wife was told WELL IT IS THE END OF THE SEASON the oven had no racks it was not dressed like its pictures it stank we did not stay there Number 1 Aloha pueblo is the worst place I have every been in it was like it was abandoned how can you use the pictures you use on your web site they don’t match the inside its not dressed at all like the pictures do you not look at the pictures and up date. I am not happy at all . Had to phone Sunstars as office no longer exists they put us in another place before putting us in another place in Atalaya de rio Verde and that has issues ie the sun blind locked and taped off no shade up stairs shaving mirror missing light switch in middle bedroom keep falling off and the curtains would not move rotten door frame in middle bathroom wires sticking out above all bathroom rooms no parasol as in picture and toilet seat is cracked as it was in someone else's review I have pictures that contradict you web pictures ie no parasol up stairs and the seating upstairs is minging, looks good on your pictures but misleading,We have not just started going on holiday we have holidayed in Aloha pueblo for the last 30 years. We did not want to go any where else its where we know and wanted to be. to anyone reading this I hope it makes sense as i am writing this in anger I will never use Sunstars ever again Uirika you have my number you owe me, will she do anything about it I doubt it but she will take your money IF YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR PROPERTIES then your customers won't complain Dominic McKay

Pleasant

There were no fire alarms fitted which I flagged but didn’t get a response to. There was an unfinished electrical hole in the wall too which was very dangerous for my children to be around.
