Good showers, kitchen had what we needed, well situated. Staff were helpful and attentive.
Single beds were not fit for purpose - springs made for a very uncomfortable night! Locks on the doors were a little dodgy - took some effort to lock each time!

Very spacious, had everything we needed.
The mattress in the second bedroom wasn’t very comfortable but managed to sleep okay.

The location was excellent, and if it had been properly serviced it would have been terrific. The yellow roses were a nice touch.
The bedding looked as if it had been screwed up, and some of it was stained; the mattress had collapsed springs in the second bedroom, so I had to sleep on the couch; there were no bath or hand towels, or any washing up equipment in the kitchen, the vacuum was blocked, and everything was dusty. I washed the bed linen, and we sorted out the vacuum cleaner, but really the level of hygiene was poor. We felt we had to clean the place before we felt comfortable.
