The house was comfortable with a terrific backyard for the pup. We had a few problems with the door code and the kitchen is modestly equipped. Overall - a good place. We plan to stay here again.

We loved our stay in the little red house. Fit my family of 7 just fine for an overnighter. Everything was ready and the owner was very prompt with answers. Only issue we had was we came to watch the Giants play the Rockies and the wrong team won. Not much they could do about that. We’ll stay here again next time we come out.

Amazing place to stay. Great house on a quiet street. Great view of the mountains from the kitchen window. Loved the backyard, but our dog loved it even more. Look forward to staying again!

This house was perfect for our stay in Denver. Quiet neighborhood that is centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Yard was great for my daughter’s service dog. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town!

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay. The interior of the house a clean. My wife thought the decor was cute. I loved all the map decorations. We had a nice coffee sitting in the backyard. Enjoyed some quiet evening time watching TV. Only con had nothing to do with our wonderful hosts or the home. Vrbo placed the original "dot" closer to the location we intended to visit than the actual house neighborhood. The home was farther out from things than we anticipated. I suggest having a car and being ok with chain eating should you chose this home. Makes things easier than Lyfy/Uber and Doordash.

The house was very cute and had everything we needed. It also had plenty of space. I also appreciated how the host was so attentive and answered our questions promptly. However, the Pet odor in the house was pretty bad. The garage also had an overwhelming odor. We were able to open the windows which helped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was my first rental instaed of staying at a hotel and it was great to be able to bring our dogs and not need to leave them behind at home. We would definitely stay here again.

The only problem I See is that at the last minute he wanted to charge pet fee, which is fine but needs to be included when looking to rent so if your on a tight budget it’s part of fees. Don’t apply last minutes where if you have to cancel no refund.

Stayed in Morgan’s home to visit with my son and help him move to Golden. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. I was able to bring my pups and they loved the grassy backyard…plus, close to several nice parks! The house had everything we needed and it was a nice place to hang out after a long day of moving. We made several meals there and really appreciated the nice cookware and dishes. Everything was great and nice neighbors too! Thank you! Monica

Cute house just as described...had a minor issue when arrived the owners took care of it in a quick manner. Enjoyed the decor, the shower was amazing, king size bed was comfy, and the backyard was perfect for the dogs. Would recommend this place to anybody who is traveling to the Denver area for a nice little vacation. Don't forget that there was a beautiful view of the mountains out of the front door and the corner of the backyard! We would definitely stay here again if the property was available on our next trip to the Denver area...

NEIGHBORHOOD: Neighbors are friendly & helpful. The street is very quiet even though the location is close to several major N-S thoroughfares and an E-W interstate. Getting to Denver & the mountains was a breeze. Major retail stores & restaurants nearby. Loved visiting the local businesses & unique restaurants as well. INSIDE: Cute, clean, and the perfect size for us. The Host had thought of small details to make our stay comfortable. The step-in shower was helpful for my 94-year-old mother. We all slept well on the comfy beds. Lots of choices available on the t.v. for all 3 generations staying together. FENCED BACKYARD: Perfect area for the pooch to play. Plenty of poop bags were available at a handy dispenser. A covered patio with comfy furniture for the humans to sit, converse in the Colorado sunshine, and play with the dog. HOST: Communication was excellent. The host responded to inquiries in a timely fashion. This was our first vacation rental experience and it was an EXCELLENT!
