This home was perfect. There was plenty of space for us and it is located in a very nice area central to everything we wanted to visit. The property owner did the little things that made us feel so welcomed. (Candy, water, coffee, extra supplies that you normally have to bring). I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a great month in Pam’s lovely rental. The house was clean & fresh when we arrived & we’ve never been in such a well supplied rental home & we’ve stayed at several! She had everything you could imagine & then some. We invited Pam over a couple of times to the house so we could meet her & we had a a great time visiting with her, she is as sweet as can be & she takes good care of her renters. The communication between Pam is excellent, she was always quick to get back to us, we had no issues what so ever with our stay, so don’t hesitate to book with Pam, you will be happy you did!!

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything from pots and pans to Kcups for coffee. The property is located in a great neighborhood, just a short drive from Red Rocks Amphitheatre and downtown Denver. There are also a number of restaurants and shops within a short drive. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. She communicated via text and ensured we were enjoying our vacation, and left us some treats in the Fridge! Overall, we had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Colorado. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Arvada.

Thank you Pam for this incredible VRBO stay! Amenities far exceeded expectations and host, location and overall property were stellar! We were welcomed with water bottles, coffee and even cheesecakes in the fridge! Perfect for all ages and even enjoyed fabulous views from the huge picture windows in the family room. Wonderful central location.

This property was just as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. During our stay (our family plus 2 extra teenage friends of our kids), there were a few extra touches we appreciated: -Cold bottled water in the fridge -Shampoo, conditioner, body soap products stocked in the showers -Some board games downstairs -Coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen -Streaming televisions upstairs and downstairs with Netflix The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Our stay was short, but restful!

Very impressed. Property & home were wonderful & exactly as described. The house was clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed including some nice extras - bottled water, coffee k-pods, and (much to my kids' delight) hot chocolate, & apple cider. Pam was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed, despite our short stay. Check-in & check-out couldn't have been any smoother. Home is in a lovely & quiet neighborhood with Olde Town Arvada just a five minute drive away. I wish we could've stayed longer! This is our new go-to place when staying in Denver.

We chose this location for a baby shower. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Our host checked in to make sure we were good to go before, during, and after our stay, and was super accommodating to all our requests. Will definitely stay again if I have a need!

The house was perfect. Every room was spotless and very accommodating. Pam checked in with us after the first night to make sure we didn’t need anything. We appreciated the water in the fridge. The check in and check out process was simple. We would definitely recommend.

This spotless, well appointed house was the perfect size for our visit ! Comfy beds, strong showers, spacious. And the small touches—- coffee pods, cream, sugar and a fridge full of ice cold bottled water. Every need was anticipated. We’ll never stay anywhere else!

My friends and I used this as home base as we enjoyed a show and Red Rocks, went to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Denver. The location was lovely, the back patio great for hanging out and everyone enjoyed the space. The hosts are communicative and responsive I any questions or needs.

All you need for a trip to the Denver area. Perfect location with easy access to Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, mountains ,parks, etc. Very clean, just the right size, comfortable furniture. The owner provided plenty of bottled water and even a cheesecake in the fridge!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was so well stocked even with paper goods! As well as bottled water, spices, coffee/tea and a yummy cheesecake!! The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive with answers to questions. Only complaint would be there wasn’t a dresser in the bedrooms, there was hanging storage but didn’t work well for our family so we lived out of suitcases all week. Overall great property centrally located for easy travel to tons of sites!! Would highly recommend.

I would recommend this home. This home was immaculate! Lovely rooms and all amenities we needed. Old Towne was a wonderful town to visit and enjoy a meal.
