About this house rental
This four bedroom home is newly redone inside and out. The backyard is great for relaxing on the patio or for grilling and gets shade so it's cool even on the hottest afternoons. TVs in every bedroom if you want to relax by yourself, there's also a game room.
It's near a very large off leash dog park if you have a furry friend. Just a couple blocks away there is a park with baseball fields and open space for the kiddos to run around, play structures, tennis courts and basketball courts.
The home is situated almost exactly between Denver and Boulder so it's as convenient as you can be to get to both. It is a couple of miles from flatirons Mall where there is shopping and dining. Situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is safe and easy to walk around the neighborhood. there is little traffic and plenty of off street and on street parking.

We had trouble communicating with the host. We were sending messages through the app. We booked the property a year in advance, so we expected to receive a message at least one week before our arrival date. Since that never came, we sent 2 messages a few days apart and never received a response. Once we placed a call to VRBO, they immediately got in touch with the host who then responded to our messages. We also had one issue with the lockbox and our message went unanswered. We have since found the spot on the app where the host's phone number is listed. We will make a call next time instead of trying the less invasive route of sending a message through the app.

Great house for a family vacation. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with tennis/paddle ball courts and a playground two blocks away. The property manager was easy to work with and communicated well.
