The spacious main level of the Villa offers one en-suite king size bedroom along with living room area with ample amount of seating in front of the gas fireplace or huge screen TV. The bar area with four bar stools and spacious kitchen with an island and a full bar area makes for a memorable meal prep time with family and friends. Pets: Only well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, sorry no cats allowed. There is a non-refundable fee of $150 for each pet registered to stay during your reservation. We do ask that guests - clean and pick up after their pets while on the property and do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time. Please crate them when left alone. The cabin has one metal foldable crate for you to use. No dogs are allowed on the furniture! If you bring your pet you are also assuming full responsibility for them and any damage they may cause. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if your pet is destructive and if there is evidence of them being on the furniture. Failure to register your pet is a violation of our house rules and subject to termination of the reservation without refund and $300 fine.
