We hung out at Clearwater beach during the day, then checked in here! The place was perfect & very clean! We had a beautiful sunset! Our grandson swam in the pool & we enjoyed eating right at the place by the pool! Would highly recommend!

We checked in late with friendly guard at gate. Easy process. Took two minutes. There’s ample parking. You can walk up 2 flights or take elevator. All rooms are clean and a decent size.
Exactly as advertised.
2 Bathrooms Each have travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner, full size dove hand soap and lotion. Towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper.
Kitchen is decent size. Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher with travel size dish soap, sponge, dishwashing pods, garbage bags, paper towels, tea kettle, Kurig coffee maker with 6 pods. (2 dark roast, 2 decaf and 2 others) as well as tea, splenda, equal and a little sugar. Candles and mints were a nice touch.
There are a few books, video game system and board games. DVD’s.
No washer dryer in apt, but probably a laundry room. The view is nice, the staff are very friendly. It was too cold for the pool (30*) but the fire pit was great.
When our flights were changed do to the weather, Don let us book another night. We were grateful we didn't have to pack up and go to a hotel.

Everything was very nice and the place is very cute! There wasnt much for supplies (shampoo, dishsoap, paper towel, saran wrap, coffee etc.) for our longer stay so we had to pick it all up ourselves. Otherwise the place was perfect!

The view, the pool, the fire pit, the restaurant were all fantastic. Don our host was 100% welcoming and attentive. Was readily available when need be. The apartment was clean and homey!

We have stayed at this hotel/suites many of times and this was by far the cleanest, most updated and nicest. Very well stocked we had everything we needed. Location is great, you honestly don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to!! Looking forward to our next trip down to Tampa.

We stayed one night before our cruise and it was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious and stocked with plenty of towels. Don was very polite and responsive! We hung out at the restaurant and pool all day and enjoyed the sunset by the fire pit in the evening. It was a great start to our vacation. Thank you!

We stayed here while in town for the Buccaneers game. The host is very responsive, the unit was clean and comfortable, but the best part was the pool/bar. We spent just about every night enjoying the sunset with drinks in our hand. Would rent again.

The unit was great!! Very clean and comfortable. The complex is very safe and clean with a wonderful pool and little restaurant. The location is close to everything, easy access to the highways. Don was easy to get a hold of and talk to. Check in was a breeze too!

Checking in was super easy. The condo was very tidy and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. The resort was located right on Tampa Bay so had beautiful sunsets. The food and drinks at the restaurant at the pool was great! The owner did a great job communicating! We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay could not have been any better. The location of the property gave us fantastic access to the Tampa/St. Pete area. and activities. The property was overlooking Tampa Bay and was extremely close to all of the property amenities. The property owners were the BEST we have been in contact with - which really says a lot since we have used VRBO regularly since 2007. The unit we stayed in was well stocked for cooking, relaxing and comfort. We could not have been more satisfied.

Beautiful condo with amazing view. Great location, close to everything- went to Tampa Bay Downs, St Pete’s Pier and the Seminole Casino. Had a wonderful time with friends

The location is great to be in the middle of all the action but off the beaten path. The pool was warm and clean and the view was great for sunsets. There is a small pool lounge food truck-type cafe on the grounds of the water that serves delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. This lounge area has closed-in seating with heaters, which was great, because it was unseasonably cold. The wait staff is friendly, personable and on their game.
There is no real length of beach here, but there is a small beach area with chairs, a volleyball net and a comfortable place to hang out.
The room was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. I would recommend this room and location.

Wonderful place to stay. Great view of the bay from the porch. Very clean and modern, nothing is old or worn out. All the little details are thought out: silverware, dishes, pods for the Keurig coffee maker, plenty of linens, etc. You can really tell the owners take a lot of pride in this place. The location is great, and the on-site tiki bar/restaurant by the pool puts out some awesome food and drinks. Highly recommended, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great stay
We loved the property. Two bedrooms and a pull out couch, so plenty of room for us. The views of the water are great for watching the sun go down and we even saw some dolphins from the balcony. The host left a bottle of wine for us (we don't drink, but it was a nice gesture). The kitchen had everything we needed, 2 bathrooms, video games, movies and board games in the living room. It was a great little stay.

Tough times made better
A sudden death in the family is never good. But being able to travel from 14 hrs away and immediately book n be in communication with the owner was awesome. Made a tough wk pretty special. They were amazing. Highly recommend. Also very Clean clean clean.
