Wee Daffodil is a classic 1939 beach cottage located in the heart of Folly Beach. Just steps to the restaurants and shops of Center St, it is also a very short two block stroll to the beach and newly reopened Folly Fishing Pier. It is perfect for a cozy getaway for up to 2-3 guests. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS PROPERTY IS VERY CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND AS SUCH DOES NOT OFFER THE PEACE AND QUIET OFFERED BY OTHER AREAS OF FOLLY BEACH! Recently renovated, refreshed and updated, Wee Daffodil features all new furnishings and decor, two 55" smart tvs and high speed internet. The quaint coastal cottage kitchen features all of your home comforts, and counter seating for 2. Wee Daffodil has two private outdoor living areas: a small covered porch facing W. Cooper Ave and a private deck facing the Daffodil courtyard. An off street parking space is guaranteed and a beach access path is directly across the street. Wee Daffodil is part of the landmark Daffodil compound and shares an outdoor common area that includes: lounge areas, garden shower, and beautiful lush tropical landscaping. This property can be rented alone or in conjunction with Little Daffodil and/or Big Daffodil to sleep as many as 12 guests. Loved our stay at Wee Daffodil with enough amenities in the bungalow and others close by within walking! Everything was clean and lovely. Highlights are coffee on the covered porch in the morning, walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place for 2 people as it’s quaint but small. Just the right size for a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed a quick 3 night stay in Folly Beach. Our cottage rental was in a perfect location and was the perfect size for my wife and I. Beautiful space with a great outdoor porch, just right for an afternoon beverage break! Short walk to the pier and beach and literally around the corner from wonderful restaurants. We definitely want to go back!

This was a nice, comfortable space to stay while my partner recovered from a surgery we traveled for, including some basics in the kitchen. Nice comfortable bed and good linens. Only flaw was due to the small size, the smoke alarm would go off whenever we baked something in the oven. Otherwise quite tranquil, we may stay again if we return for follow up appointments!

The Wee Daffodil cottage was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean. Nice King bed. Walkable to the pier, beach, restaurants and just a short drive into the city. Stephen was easy to communicate with and provided thorough information from check-in instructions to the holiday festivities happening in town. Thanks for a great stay!

This little beach cottage was just perfect for a fall visit to Folly Beach. It is just the right size for a couple. Three would be a crowd! 😊 We loved that we were in walking distance of everything … restaurants, shops, pier, and of course the beach.

We have been vacationing on Folly Beach for 20 years. This property is special. The kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of towels provided. The space is bright and clean and just right for 2 adults. The front porch and back deck are great as well. The bedroom is comfortable and spacious. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough. We truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay at the Wee Daffodil again.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. Steven was very helpful in answering all of our questions prior to our trip. We were blown away by the location, cleanliness and comforts of this property. Pictures don't even do it justice! It had everything we could want and more and was the icing on the cake to a wonderful vacation. The location was ideal-- a block off the main drag and two blocks from the beach. We also loved being a close drive from Charleston. We'd definitely recommend staying here or in any of Steven's properties. Thank you for a great vacation!

So close to Folly pier and the beach, I walked out every morning with my coffee. Teen son liked their “tv package”. Small enough to easily keep tidy, but it lives big— we chose to entertain 3 family members instead of going out, because it was such a fun house-two porches, fun little bar window with seats. Hope to return next year!

This is most convenient, clean and adorable house I've ever rented! It's an easy walk to the beach, Bert's Market for groceries, and lots of restaurants. I really appreciated the extras- lots of fluffy towels and yummy coffee. Thanks so much for your hospitality! It was perfect for a few nights away from the kids, but we might just bring them next time!

This was one of the cutest little cottages we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed and was just perfect. It was very clean and the amenities were of nice quality. It’s amazingly close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and so much more. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I planned a long weekend trip to Folly with my Mom and 1 year old daughter and was overwhelmed with options of rentals. This was, without a doubt, the best choice! The cottage was everything and much more than we expected. It has so much character and charm. It was so cozy for us three and my daughter loved exploring the rooms. The cottage was sparkling clean, and even baby friendly. The bedroom had plenty of room for the travel crib and the bed itself was so comfortable! We all slept perfectly during our stay. Lastly, I have to comment on how lovely the kitchen is. As someone who makes all of my kiddo’s meals, I was worried about the kitchen being stocked appropriately. I was SO thrilled with all of the necessary items they had for cooking, serving, and even storing leftovers. The delicious coffee was also a plus :) I can’t recommend this cottage enough, it was such a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning. Book your vacation here! You won’t regret it.

Wee Daffodil Cottage is a beautiful little place located within an easy walk to the beach. I loved the classy decor and how well cared for it was. I had absolutely no problems with anything, but the owners still checked in with me to make sure. It’s a perfect size for one or two people. I highly recommend a stay here.

We were in for a wedding and loved the fact we could walk everywhere and that there was a 24 hour market nearby. We enjoyed dining at Blu for dinner, and Rita’s for breakfast and The Lost Dog for lunch. We spent time at the beach at the pickle ball courts and I even walked to mass on Sunday. Such a quaint clean cottage with everything you need.

This cute clean place is best for 1/2 people. Some people love being near the action downtown , but not us so that was a bit of a drawback being 1/2 block from the main drag. But it was very quiet and private. Landlords lovely people.

We stayed at “Wee” Daffodil Cottage. Exactly like the pictures, vintage decor, cozy ambiance and just plain adorable! Really a cool compound-like property with the other two dwellings that bordered us. Stephen and Michael were very accessible. Location, Location-no need to drive anywhere. Thanks for our special anniversary memory at Folly Beach with a 1940’s vibe!!

We Daffodil was an ideal little cottage for two!! Very quiet at night, comfortable bed and close to restaurants and shops.
It was very clean and had all the amenities you would need, w/ the exception of a wash/dryer which are really not necessary for a couple of days. Thank you Steven for a wonderful get away!! We highly recommend We Daffodil

My husband and I wanted a little getaway for a long weekend and this was the perfect choice. The cottage was as beautiful as pictured, well stocked, and quiet/yet only 1/2 block from the main street. The host is friendly, communicative and thought of every detail. Highly recommended!
