Kitchen This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - BBQ tongs - Complete set of knives - Coffee maker - Blender - Popcorn maker - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster. Bedroom #2 Featuring a queen bed with premium linens. Patio Being right on the ground floor, you are able to walk straight out and onto the day's adventure. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while to kids run around the grass area. The propane grill will work great all year. Laundry There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. Parking You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed. Check-In/Checkout After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property. We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us. The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market. Panorama Transportation The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM. HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day. 2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people. 3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property. 5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee. 7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
