This property was comfortable and worked well for our family. It was well stocked and well described. There is one thing that I should mention. There was a funky smell in one of the rooms, that was at sometimes difficult to stomach throughout the rental unit. We opened windows, and dealt with it, but it was a downside. The property was in a convenient location for our trip to the area. Thank you for the hospitality.

The duplex is okay once you are inside. And it was clean enough. They do need to have a pest control company though, we had a lot of bugs. The inside has been remodeled and management was great with quickly responding. We found the pet rules posted inside unrealistic. Such as no dogs on the carpet in the bedrooms or on the sofa. Also be aware that you will be staying in a “rough area.” We partly picked this place because there’s park a couple blocks away & we have a dog. The park had visible drug deals happening in the parking lot and homeless folks sleeping in various areas. There’s a bus stop on one side and two fast food joints surrounding the duplex. So constant coming and going of characters. The parking for this duplex is basically gravel in the front yard to pull your car up to. I drive an expensive car and was very concerned for the safety of it and also worried that a nice car looks out place in front of the front door and screams “rob me, I have nice things inside. “ We actually left a day early out of safety concerns. Management just says there is a ring video at the door and there are homeless issues in every major city. I agree that many major city’s have homeless issues..

Not being familiar with Vancouver, we were a little uneasy in this neighborhood. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable.
