Private pool: The home has a heated private pool in the backyard that is 5 feet deep. Community Amenities: Across the street from Cien Park in Kemah, which has two playgrounds, a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court and skate park. WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend! Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars between the garage and driveway. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Walking into the home, the first bedroom is on your left with a queen size bed, and access to the garage is on your right. The spacious living room is straight ahead and filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the pool in the backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking necessities, and has a small nook with table and chairs. There’s also a formal dining room and laundry room off the kitchen. Down the hallway are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The first bedroom has a king size bed and full over full bunk bed. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. The spacious master suite is off the living room and has a king size bed, full bathroom with soaking tub and huge closet, and french doors leading out to the pool deck. The fully fenced backyard is an outdoor oasis for kids and pets alike with a patio surrounding the large in-ground pool, outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill. Just across the street is Cien park with two playgrounds, a full sized covered basketball court, two tennis courts and a huge skate park. When you’re ready for more fun, the Kemah Boardwalk is less than a mile away! Baybreeze Grove will quickly become your favorite home away from home. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
