Located in Crystal Beach, this attractive house for $499 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. **MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT**--------Playa del Molina - FORMERLY A Dream Come True is in a prime location that is close to all the restaurants, shopping and night life of Crystal Beach. This spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision! Just seconds from the beach with beautiful beachfront views from both the main and upper decks. Coffee tastes so much better watching the gorgeous view of the sunrise from these decks! The main floor of the house features a spacious living room, a kitchen filled with modern appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate the convenience of having both a Keurig and a drip coffee machine. On the main floor, there is also a bunk room with full over twin beds, a stackable Samsung washer/ dryer and a bathroom. The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as follows: The master bedroom has a king bed, twin daybed with twin trundle with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed. Upstairs bedroom #3 has a full over full bunk bed. The house has TVs and wifi for your convenience! Downstairs, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal BBQ grill. Relax around the downstairs bar area while visiting with family and friends. Other outdoor amenities include a sand shower, a fenced in area of the yard, and a large picnic table. Two small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

This beach house was a fantastic place to stay. We had great access to the beach; the house was beautiful and was very well stocked. I will stay here again when we choose to get a family get together. Perfect location, Swedes Realty are very nice and organized.

The house was very nice and clean! We loved sitting on the porch listening to the beach! We did not know that people were allowed to drive on the beach, but other than that it was an amazing stay!

No internet. Contacted the management company and was told it would be rebooted, I never heard anything back in regards to the Wi-Fi status. We had to use cell phone hot spots to work during the weekday. It would of been nice to know that there was a house directly across from ours. The pictures didn’t reflect that. Overall it was a good house. Thank you for sharing your home !

I recently stayed in this house with my family. It was literally a dream come true. The house is in a prime location, seconds from the beach. The house is spacious, comfy, and very well maintained. We had an excellent weekend and could not have asked for more. The only con would be the stairs. Some houses have lifts that make it easy to bring and take stuff down. However, this is not a big issue and won't take away from the awesome experience this house provides.

Great location but water was so dirty on the beach. I don't stay in boliver often so i don't know if it was the change of tide or just boliver. I know this has nothing to do with accomadations but o probably will not rent in boliver again. As far as house is concerned, it was wonderful and the view was nice. Also, when i checked online it indicated 4 wheelers could be used on beach except for dunes and city roads and apparently that wasn't the case. We were told we needed a permit sticker so those were purchased then we were told by another office they were not allowed at all. Again, not related to house but only a warning for future boliver visitors.
