This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. This includes ANYTHING that leaves an odor including legalized Marijuana, cigars, pipes, etc. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. ~ Check In 4:00PM / Check Out is 11:00AM Interaction with Guests: I do not live on site but I am local and can be available via text, phone or messaging.
