Enviably located just a few minutes' walk from Bass Lake, this five-bedroom home is a lovely spot to come home to after a day of adventure. Step inside to find plenty of room to accommodate you, including a large living space with a fireplace, a galley-style kitchen, and an open dining room. The primary bedroom has its own fireplace as well, in addition to a soothing jetted tub. In the evenings, take advantage of the garage game room, which comes complete with a Ping-Pong table, foosball, and a basketball net. Within this complex, you'll have access to a gated pool and hot tub as well. Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away. Things to know Pets are not allowed Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We arrived to a clean place that was very beautiful… We realize that one of the bedrooms that included two twin beds was inside the master bedroom. That was a little weird. We left the kids upstairs because his parents it’s nice to have a break.. the kitchen and living room are downstairs with the master bedroom along with the awkward room in the master suite. Additionally, the game room isn’t quite a game room, most of the games in the game pantry were incomplete and pretty disorganized. The place has a little bit of issues as far as the heat and cool situation is concerned, and every room in the house is a different temperature. The best part about the place where the living room and the large kitchen accommodate our big family… The fact that we were still able to use the hot tub in November, and finally the fact that we were able to all be together and have a great time 45 minutes of Yosemite national park :)

It was 3 couples 1 child and 1 infant. We spent a day at the lake and the rest of the time relaxing playing cards and eating. We would stay here again. Great location!

This property was perfect for our large family! The home was very spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool and hot tub and most days had it to ourselves. We will definitely come back again!

Large home with lots of room for the family. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Just wish the hot tub was opened but there is a nice size jetted tub that worked out well for the kiddos. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our time at the house very much, we used the community pool and hot tub. Everything was ver convenient. Although we were there durning 4th of July week it seem we were one of the only families staying in this gated community. We had one odd encounter with a grounds person, not sure if they were with Vacasa or not? They took pictures of us arriving, parking and unpacking (although to our knowledge we weren't breaking any rules). Only complaint about the house was that it was listed as having AC but the thermostat was locked with a box and in the off position- the house did get rather hot. Other than that I'd give it a 10 out of 10! **Side note for boaters, do your self a favor and put your boat in on. the opposite side of the lake. Launch near the house was $30 + dock slip $130 per night!!! Across the lake, not launch fee and nicer boat slips for $45 a night (At Millers). We learned our lesson the hard way.

This home was perfect for our family. With 4 different households vacationing together the number and location of the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The 5th bedroom is off the master bedroom and really appropriate for small children. Our granddaughter (5 years old) enjoyed sharing with us. We enjoyed a day on the lake and a day at the house. The community pool was fun for everyone. The house had all the amenities listed. The kitchenware was good, great for a rental property, and storage was ample. We will definitely return next year.
