About this house rental
Situated in Bass Lake, this charming house for $267 per night is a great option for your next trip. Large Cabin 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 10) With Bonus Room, Pool Table, Deck Get away from it all in this beautiful private Bass Lake cabin. The top floor is a Master bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony complete with a tall skinny table and chairs for two. Perfect for evening enjoying the stars or a morning cup of coffee. The middle floor is the "hub" of the house. The living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and second full bathroom are on the middle floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds with pull-out trundles if needed. The dining Area has double doors that open completely to the large deck just outside. This allows the outdoors in, weather permitting. The bonus room on the bottom floor has its own entrance from the driveway. Enjoy playing pool or watching a movie (or both!) with large windows allowing generous light in the day or the blinds for privacy at night. The bonus room also has a bunk bed (single over single)> The bonus room leads into laundry room with front loading high-efficiency washer and dryer, with room to hang beach towels and clothing.

Came to Bass Lake for the triathlon and to celebrate my Dad's 80th. We had a great time!
The family was split between two cabins (the other was walking distance from us) and I think the other one would have been better for my smallest child (18 months) just because this one has a tall deck, lots of stairs, and not a lot of yard area in which to play. But that's just our specific phase in life; it's still a great cabin for slightly older kids and adults too. The pool table is a nice bonus! Lots of space, everything you need for cooking, walking distance to the market/triathlon exchanges, and great communication by Kim were all positives for us.
Previous reviews refer to the uncomfortable beds, so it's worth noting that we found the beds and all the sleeping arrangements very comfortable. We recommend it!

We were in town for our family’s annual reunion. When we arrived we discovered an issue with the downstairs beds but when I reached out to Kim she tried to accommodate and came over in the rain to drop off an air mattress. It was a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back again. Thanks so much!

We are an outdoors family and the home put us close to launching our jetskis and beach locations. you are close to south yosemite entrance, and Sequoia National Park. close to local shops and Oakhurst for all you need!

The location to The Pines is great and the pool table was so much fun for the whole family. The layout of the house also allowed for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Great family getaway.
I have really high cleanliness standards, so I tend to be picky. Keep that in mind when I say I did not find the place to be exceptionally clean. Kitchen was very disorganized, drawers were very cluttered making it difficult to find anything, and there were a lot of broken kitchen items. Some pans were unusable with the nonstick peeling off. That being said, we still had a great vacation. Loved the little tucked-away location within walking distance to the lake, market and marina. Pool table was a hit with my teens (pool sticks could use a refresh- tips were missing off a bunch). Communication with the owner was excellent. Not sure if this is a repeat cabin but still glad we came.

Pretty house
Everything was clean and the stay was good although there were some problems. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the beds were shaking and were squeaky. A lot of the electricity outlets did not work and were loose.

Beautiful Property Walking Distance to The Pines
I got married at The Pines Resort and stayed at Kim's property for my wedding weekend. It was a short walk to The Pines Resort (7-8 minutes) and the perfect location for my husband and I to escape to after our wedding! Check in and out was super painless and easy and the property owner was amazing. She even left my husband and I a card and bottle of wine as a wedding gift! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a large house for a group of friends or family to stay at and enjoy the lake!

Bass Lake retreat
We had a great escape to Bass Lake. Check-in was easy, the house was just lovely. Nice big common space, lovely big wraparound deck that we loved eating our meals on. We used the BBQ as well. The teenagers loved the pool table. No complaints; a great place to stay while in Bass Lake!

Simply amazing!
We are not new to Bass Lake properties. This home was our favorite by far. It’s in a fantastic location, clean, spacious and has all the amenities to make a home away from home. I spent countless hours on the desks enjoying the peace and quiet. The walk to The Pines takes about 6 minutes if you need anything. I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Cabin in a Perfect Location
We absolutely loved out stay in this cabin. It is very spacious and has a great outdoor patio that our entire family loved sitting at for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It is a really quick walk to the marina a a cute little town with shops, restaurants and a little market. Our host was amazing and even left us a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge for our arrival. We can't wait to stay again!

The property was as described. It was spacious and clean. Master bed was comfortable, a rarity in VRbo! The deck was a nice addition to the inside.

What a lovely house
A lovely house which suited our family get-together. Good for sitting outside in sun or in shade. Handy shop nearby and more shops in the nearby town of Oakhurst. We swam in the lake, walked by the waterfall and took trips to Yosemite.

Great Time at Bass Lake
Our family had a great vacation! The house was clean & since we cook most of our meals appreciated the stocked kitchen! The Britta pitcher was the best!! This was a perfect central location for boating on the lake, visiting Yosemite, getting in some golf, rafting the Kings River & hitting Sequoia & Kings Canyon. Although changing ownership at the last minute before our trip was stressful for us Kim sailed us through it like a pro! She is AWESOME to work with & quick to respond to any concern or issue you have!! Thanks for a great place for our family to stay!!

Very nice cabin in a beautiful area
We really enjoyed ourselves in this spacious, beautifully located cabin in the woods by Bass Lake. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kids loved playing on the pool table in the basement downstairs. The deck was a peaceful place to sit and relax. The bottles of wine from the hostess were a nice touch. It’s only a few minutes away from the lake and about 1.5 hrs from Yosemite’s valley. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this cabin to others who are considering visiting Bass Lake.

Great Stay at the Robin Cabin!
Originally, our family was supposed to stay in the summer, but with the Ferguson fire, we had to change our plans to an October visit. It wasn't in the Ferguson fire path, but the air quality was affected around that time. Christina was very flexible and accommodating. I also appreciated the prompt communication and her understanding of the situation. As for the cabin, it was very well cared for and felt just like home. It is obvious that the owners care about the cabin and their guests' experience. I would definitely recommend this cabin for families. The wrap around porch had an optional baby gate, and the upstairs balcony is good for (supervised) little ones as well. I've stayed at rentals before where I didn't enjoy the balconies since many are unsafe for little ones. This was not the case. The cabin is also about an hour from Yosemite Valley. We made some great family memories and can't wait to go back!

Great Family Time
We had a wonderful time with the exception of the fires in Yosemite. It cut our activities down. The house allowed us plenty of room to move freely. We used every space from top to bottom. I would recommend to anyone it was very close - walking distance to the store, post office in Bass Lake and not to far from Oakhurst. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Mariposa Grove and the next day Yosemite was closed. Thanks for sharing your home with us

Perfect house for our family. Very comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen.
We had a great time. Robin cabin is very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect to everything. The outside deck was private and perfect for eating dinner and having drinks. The welcome bottle of wine was a special touch. We all had a grest time and look forward to returning to Bass Lake in the future. Thank you
