Situated in Pismo Beach, this attractive house for $383 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful ocean front luxury home will provide the perfect vacation for a quiet get away, or a fun packed adventure. Sea Gem is a 3-story townhome. Sea Gem has with ocean views from every room. There are 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, a large living space and two outdoor entertaining terraces. A beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area, and a second outdoor entertaining area on the upper terrace. You certainly don't have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the ocean views and our famous glowing Pismo Beach pink and blue sunsets. Wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach fun, excellent restaurants and coffee shops are all within just minutes of walking. The fall is a great time to visit for apple picking and tasting. Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Morro Bay, Cambria and San Simeon (where the elephant seals live) are all fun to explore. It's just south of San Luis Obispo (SLO was voted one of the top 5 happiest cities) and nearby dozens of vineyards. SLO has the largest farmers market in California every Thursday night of the year, and Avila Beach has a lovely one each Friday night of the summer. Great shopping is all around as well as yummy seafood and all types of restaurants for every taste. If you like antiques, Arroyo Grande will delight you. Kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrill as you paddle through caves and along the cliffs. Or, you may want to hike up Bishop's Peak or go whale watching, or deep sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby. Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and walk down to the beach and read a good book. The options are really endless. All of your basics will be provided. If you're renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you'd enjoy some in home gourmet food. More: Bedrooms located on second level. Master ensuite has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk-bed setup (top bunk is a twin, bottom bunk is a full and twin trundle pull-out bed). Primary living areas are on the third level. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Outdoor entertaining spaces are on the third level (just off the living area) and fourth level rooftop terrace. A natural gas BBQ is on the terrace just off the kitchen. Ample seating and a fire table is located on the upper terrace. There is a 2 car garage. Additional parking on the street.

Includes a wine fridge, which is a super plus. Bedrooms are comfortable. We will be back!

We will definitely stay here again next time we come to the area. The house is beautiful and clean with quality finishes. The garage was fully equipped with all the beach gear you’ll need including a wagon to haul it down with! The kids loved the ping pong table and the grown ups were in awe of the breathtaking views!

Great location, great views, very nice accommodations, close to Beach, quiet. Well be back. 7 sisters very nice people. A minor nit pick, have neighbors trim palm tree with dead frowns so pictures are then perfect.

This was a beautiful property in a great location. Pismo is one of our favorite places, but normally we stay in a hotel right in the downtown area so we were a little worried this would be a little out of the way - but it wasn't at all! It was an easy walk to our favorite spots. We loved the view from the main living area and the rooftop deck was just an added bonus. The property and amenities were excellent - and my kids loved playing ping pong in the garage. Check-in and out was a breeze and we can't wait to come back and stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

This home literally felt like home away from home. Thank you! The only complaint is there's a house being built right next to it and the nail pounding started at 7am the last 2 days of our stay and it was bad. =(

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. They provided everything we needed. I have two little ones 2 and under so the stairs were a bit of a work out but they provided a safety gate plus a bassinet and all the necessities for laundry. The views from both the balcony and roof top are amazing. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing 180 degree views of Pacific Ocean from living room, master bedroom and rooftop lounge. Well organized and super clean. Pictures don’t do it justice. 5-10 minute walk to anything could wish for…restaurants, beach, bars, coffee shops etc. Gated so you’ll feel safe. Easiest check in and out I’ve encountered and will definitely stay here again. It is a townhouse so there 4 levels if counting rooftop.
