The large neighborhood pool can be found just around the corner from the home, and it leads directly to the community dock for easy access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other watersports. You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. All pet waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags. Trash must be bagged, placed inside trash cans, and only taken out after 6pm on nights prior to trash collection days. Once trash is collected, trash cans must be put away in the garage. The HOA regularly fines guests in violation of trash rules. Pets should not be left unattended at the property for more than four hours unless crated. The home comes with a six-person golf cart and bikes for you to use. Please only park the golf cart at the property overnight. Only licensed persons over 21 years of age who have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the golf cart. The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home. Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that you possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time. Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings.
