Property was very clean and had a very nice relaxing home vibe to it. Was well stocked and close to Nevada City. Will most certainly be using this property in our future visits to Grass Valley and Nevada City area.

It was perfect for us with 4 kids. 2 of them were 1 and 3 months. Plenty of room to let them run and toddle around while we were there.

Wonderful property, so close to Nevada City and Grass Valley. Has all the amenities of home. Very comfortable and spacious. Owner is very easy to reach and maintains her property well. The turntable with classic records was an unexpected bonus.
