A large, wraparound living room sofa is perfect for relaxing while streaming shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. A smaller, sofa/chaise offers a cozy nook for reading or an afternoon snooze. The full kitchen is ready for home cooking and comes equipped with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The tidy dining nook offers seating for four. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private patio furnished with a two-seater bistro set. In-home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Free high-speed WiFi - perfect for Zoom calls, remote work/schooling, streaming media If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years and this was a treat. Far larger than the pictures reveal. The decor was tasteful and not too busy or overboard on a theme. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was great. I really appreciated the fenced in patio for myself and the dogs. Neighbors are good country folk. Sand dunes minutes nearby at the honeymoon picnic area. Town and shopping gave the fun tourist activists of boutiques, coffee and farmer’s market all while being close to a quiet get away. My daughter did complain that it was too quiet... I bought her a fan to add some noise. Really a delightful get away. My teen daughter and our two dogs found rest, thank you!

Didn't receive checkout instructions until after we were already gone. Shower door came off the rails while in the shower. TV was difficult. Couldn't get live TV even through UTube. We managed. Very comfortable.

Very clean, and had everything we needed. It had ample parking space for our two trucks & trailers and was wheelchair accessible which was wonderful as one of our members is in a chair. We drove up from Northern California to ride the dunes, we will definitely be booking this property again for our next trip!

The inner shower door is off the rollers and will not move. At least 3 electrical outlets should be replaced. Screen on sliding door has huge hole and sand makes screen door opening difficult. Trash and recycle bins should be identtified.

This place was absolutely perfect! Spacious and super clean and very affordable. Right next to a small park with a dock and boat launch. Our dog loved the fenced in patio best. We definitely would recommend.

This was the perfect location for our family reunion at the dunes! We had quick access to the dunes and just a few minutes south of Florence. Make sure if you stay here that you do not have any pet allergies. It was evident that a large dog had stayed there as we uncovered tufts of fur under the beds and couches. Also, be sure to request extra bath towels as they will only supply you with 1 per adult. Please note there is only a shower so this may not be ideal for families with small children.

We love location, thoughtfulness and comfort of this home. It is spacious with all amenities you 'd need and close to a beautiful lake. Location is superior in a sense of being close to everything, and yet quiet enough. The house is well designed and well supplied. The only two minuses were lack of ventilation (there is no AC or fan in the house), and beds which were not very comfortable.

This place is a super quiet location, equipped with everything. It is close enough to town that you can go in and eat at great local restaurants, go shopping, ride the dune buggy‘s in the sand Dune, Or just go for a walk on the beach front. Perfect house for your family!

The condo was very spacious and clean with a super comfy sectional couch. We explored Lake Cleawox at the dunes in Jessie Honeyman Campground and Heceta Beach which were both a short drive away. Dog friendly and we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here at dunescape escape! The quarters were very spacious and tastefully decorated. There were several couches throughout the home and what appeared to be queen size beds in both bedrooms. The mattress was comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels! Use of the washing and drying machine was very nice because of the sandy/muddy expeditions we had. Water from the fridge tasted great. Very comfortable living room couch that we were able to relax and watch Netflix on. Nice hardwood floors throughout. The only thing we were not aware of is that this is a downstairs unit and somebody lives upstairs. Also you are not supposed to park on the left side of the house as the current tenant parks there. We did hear what sounded like a child running around at night (~10 PM) but other than that it was a mostly quiet and serene experience. Only about 10 minutes drive to Florence/Safeway! This rental was a great value and we are pleased.
