This vacation condo is centrally located in Fraser, Colorado with easy access to Winter Park, Granby, and Grand Lake. Enjoy luxury bedding in this comfortable condo that sleeps 10. There is more than enough room for your family to enjoy. You can even bring your 4 legged friend. (One dog only) Soak in the amazing views of Byers Peak while drinking coffee on the Adirondack ski chairs. The gourmet kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare meals during your stay. If you wish to BBQ, there is a propane grill provided for your use. Finish the day in the private hot tub while you plan tomorrow's adventure. This 1360 sq. foot townhome features an open-airy floor plan, has an abundance of natural light, and gorgeous panoramic views of Byer's Peak! This property is perfect when shared by larger families. You will have all the comforts of home including high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, a gas fireplace, radiant floor heating, and a private washer and dryer. There is one unattached garage spot with ample outdoor parking available. If its movie night, enjoy your favorite flick on our flat-screen TV. The living room also features a soundbar that offers great surround sound. The property also features Comcast cable with a variety of channels. If you prefer to stream your content, the TV features apps for you to log in and enjoy. We had a great time. Property is beautiful - streets were well maintained under snow and icy conditions. Home is well furnished. Beds super comfy. Only 2 things to pony out. Carpet nails were bad all over. My daughter cut her leg on one while lying on the floor. Kitchen/dining/main room lighting needs to be brightened up. Too dark.

Nice condo with excellent kitchen and living room open concept area. Positives: The kitchen easily accommodated multiple cooks! Very well stocked kitchen with tools and appliances! Views were nice. Comfortable beds in the real bedrooms. Being on the top floor of building. Nice long dining room table and plenty of couch space in living room for watching the world cup and socializing. Negatives: Decks are very small. Hot tub is on landing not really a deck. So called bonus bunk room is not a legal bedroom. Basically a walk in closet with a bunk bed. No ventilation. We ended up having to put someone on the living room couch instead. Probably fine for little kids. Positives made up for the negatives we loved the location and common spaces!

We just loved this spot. It was perfectly located to some great restaurants and breweries as well as skiing at Winter Park. Our family had a wonderful time, we will definitely come again! This unit was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything one might need. Excellent quick communication and very helpful check-in and out instructions. Amazing views from the balcony and hot tub!

This condo was very nicely appointed with beautiful views. It was perfectly located close to stores and restaurants and only a 15 min. drive to Winter Park for skiing. There were lovely views from 2 of the bedrooms and living room and a nice balcony. The place seemed clean, but my son found a sock under his bed and I had read another review of someone finding a clothing item left behind, so it does make me wonder how thorough the cleaning actually was. Everything else seemed clean though.

Pleasant weekend. Well stocked unit and location great. Cleaning crew lacked...dirty towel and underwear left from previous stay... There was also a LOT of cat hair which triggered allergies.

Great place. Very well stocked and organized with top rate amenities. Nicely designed, updated and efficient space - very comfortable for a large family. Great savings with all the perks SkyRun provides - make sure to take advantage of them - we saved a lot from ski rentals, activities, airport transportation to daily coffees and treats. SkyRun staff was super accommodating. Would stay here again.

Clean, updated, comfortable, great mountain views. Lots to like about this rental. The hot tub and the TV were impressive. Bunk bed room is very small but functional, we were able to (barely) fit a pack and play in there for our 1-year old and the room stays plenty warm.
Only downside is the master bedroom can get really cold as there is no floor heating in that room and it's right above the garage. All units in this townhome complex are like this, not the owner's fault. Just be sure to bring a space heater for that room.
All other aspects of the unit were great! We rent a lot of short term rentals in Grand and Summit counties and this was one of the best we've stayed in.

Our family had a great time! The house was close to bike trails & family friendly hiking trails in Winter Park & Fraser. The only downside is the deck/porch is smaller than we would have liked because everyone wanted to be out there enjoying the weather & the amazing views of the mountains & valley.

From the check in to the check out everythiing was fabulous. getting to use the free xplorie for booking everything was fabulous. Easy to use, friendly staff and saved us money. The house was absolutely perfect. VERY COMFORTABLE. The kitchen was fantastic, you won't want for anything. the beds are top notch, perfection, I can't say enough about the whole place. We could not have been more comfortable. thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

this stay was the best experience we have ever had in the Winter Park area. if I could give a 100 star rating I would. Hot tub a great set up right out the door! Was great after skiing! The kitchen, dining. room, living room set up is great for visiting playing cards etc. There were heated bathroom floors! We loved the the property.

We were blown away by this property. My husband and I stayed with two other couples, and picked the place because it had 3 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We planned to cook several meals, and each of us brought different cooking equipment with us (knowing that most rentals have limited kitchen supplies). We were so surprised to find the kitchen stocked with every appliance and dish you could ever need... From a blender to an instant pot, they had it all. No need for all of the things we brought.
Each bed very comfortable, with soft sheets and fluffy comforters. The table was huge, and was great for meals and games alike. The hot tub is definitely on the smaller side (it would have been pretty tight if all 6 of us tried to get in), but it was hot and clean. The gas fireplace put out a ton of heat, and the living room was super comfy to lounge around. The only thing we'd change was the lighting... It was pretty dark at night, even with all of the lights turned on. But it really wasn't a problem, just annoying.
We would rent this place again, and would recommend it to anyone!!

Wonderful ski trip
I was blown away by the property which was even better than the pictures showed. At first I was hesitant seeing this was run by a large property management company, but that turned into a nice feature when we needed anything. Highly recommend!

The fireplace did not work the entire time. Huge disappointment as this was a huge criteria for my family during winter Xmas. They could not get anyone to fix it over the entire trip. We also had a handle on oven that broke which they fixed before we got there and gave us a free sledding trip. Though that was generous I am still disappointed not having a fireplace the whole time especially paying that kind of price for 5 days

The bed count was only accurate if you count the sofa pull out beds. But you can't count both of them because you can only pull out one at a time due to space.
The garage code did not work and management was unable to get it fixed during our stay.
But over all we liked the place.
Ps the oven door does not shut properly, affected the accuracy of the oven.

This place was cozy and awesome.
We enjoyed our mini vacation. Lived in Colorado all my life and never had the chance to visit Fraser. This house was was a perfect size for us. We will be returning.

A fantastic place to stay whether you are looking for a quick getaway or longer trip. The unit is close to hiking trails, breweries, and other outdoorsy activities. If you are feeling a night in; they have board games, a big screen tv, and all the cookware youd ever need.

Perfect Family Vacation
I am a VP of a major hotel company and when I travel with my family I like a change of pace......however my standards are still high and I have an eye for cleanliness and overall quality. This condo exceeded all expectations. Every detail in this condo is perfection! The kitchen has high end appliances, very extensive and quality pots and pans, spices and olive oil ect. Anything you can think of to make you feel like your in your own kitchen is here. The location is the best with tubing, and skiing within minutes. Restaurants, grocery store, and brewerys around the corners. The beds were literally the best mattresses I have slept on in years and high end bedding and towels. Every detail was thought of including a welcome gift of chap stick and hand warmers ect. When you check in to this condo....you dont have to bring a thing. I cant say enough about this Airbnb. It is first class! I will be back with my family for sure!!!it is a steal for the price. If your thinking of going to winter park area....book this condo now!
