If needed, take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system. The Unit: 1 bed/1bath Pull out couch bed Full Kitchen 50" HD Roku TV The Property Tables/chairs and charcoal grill in courtyard area and by the water Fishing allowed HOUSE RULES -No smoking inside the unit -No pets -Quiet time starts from 10 pm -No parties or events -Must be 25 years old to book We do not have a front-desk or a common indoor area. However, there is common outdoor area for guests to enjoy. We prefer to communicate through the VRBO messaging system. In case of emergencies, you can always call us. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this rental. Cute and clean! The host was very quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The beach is a walkable distance away which was extremely convenient!

Place was very cozy. Great location, its off the main strip so there is not alot of noise. Nice dock outside on the water to sit and enjoy so peace and qiiet. . Only a five minute walk to the beach and resturants.

The location is perfect! It’s right in the midst of everything, but just far enough away to be out of the noise. We Ubered in from the airport and then had Walmart deliver some groceries. You definitely do not need a car. It’s just a short walk to the two best restaurants on the beach, Frenchies and Crabbys. We had a dolphin visit our bay, which was amazing, then the next day we were basically swimming with a pod of three manatee’s at the beach! A once in a lifetime moment. It’s about a five minute short walk to the restaurants and another minute from there to the beach. The property was perfectly appointed and clean, and classy. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch. We have no complaints and will easily choose this place again. :)

There were only 4 towels including the two made into animals on the bed when we arrived. There was info sheet that I could find on the property that I could find. Would have been nice to have more info on trash, towels, laundry and the area. Only had dark roast coffee. The couch was very uncomfortable. The unit AC and shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location was close to everything. Overall it was good.

Very nice little place! Kitchen could have had a few towels instead of paper towels but overall very sweet little place. Quiet pleasant neighborhood.

This was a wonderful experience! Such a clean, well stocked enjoyable little condo and a well keep little gem! We will keep this in mind for our future visits! Absolutely loved this place! Conveniently located to everything! Thanks for having us!❤️

Very clean and welcoming property. Comfortable and cozy. Owner provided plenty of quality coffee pods, dish soap, dishes and utensils, Pots and pans, shampoo and conditioner, perfect quantity of quality towels. Bed very comfortable. Easy check in. Good communication from owner.

I would say with this being one of my first time booking and staying in a airbnb everything with smoothly. I was able to relax and got much needed work completed as I attended to get accomplished. Quick walk to the beach, or just relax on the dock. Great Experience!!
