I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire hotel team.
My family and I were travelling through Oman on our way back from Salalah to Dubai and stopped at your hotel.
Unfortunately, I developed a problem with my leg and needed medical attention. I was unable to walk and found myself in a difficult situation, as my wife does not drive and we were travelling with our two children.
The support we received from your staff was simply incredible! Mr Rohit contacted a local hospital and helped arrange a doctor’s appointment for me. The hotel also provided a car, and the hotel driver took my wife and me to the hospital while other staff members looked after our children.
I am truly touched by the way your team helped my family and me through this difficult situation.
We are now back home in Dubai, and I would like to thank Mr Rohit and everyone who helped us from the bottom of my heart.
Your hotel will now be a must-stop on our future trips to Oman!
