About this apartment rental
Fantastic T1 Apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view and located in a private condominium with swimming pool. Situated just 120 metres from the beach.
Composed of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI.
The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony with sea view, to enjoy your holidays.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
The apartment has a parking space in the building's basement.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption exceeding the included value will have to be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit amount.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and transaction confirmation in your bank's app is required. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

The building is secure so we felt safe. The apartment was very clean. It's a great location! Claudia with Nuris2U was very responsive in a timely manner. We will definitely go through her whenever we book future accommodations for the Algarve area.
The only issues we had with the accommodation was a bit of an off-smell in the bathroom constantly, esp when the door was closed. Not sure if it was the toilet brush but I had cleaned that and there was still a faint off-smell in the room. Probably needed a disinfectant to ensure it was cleaned properly. There are also several scatter rugs with no rubber undermat, so they were very slippery & dangerous for falling. We put ours under the bed until we moved out. It would be nice to have a side table or two near the sofa/daybed in the living room! Otherwise, we were quite happy with our accommodations!

The apartment, the view , near by the beach . Especially the kind and friendly Claudia. She is a lovely person and do everything to make your stay perfect.
