Location was good, out of the way in rural France. Setting was good. Dinner was exceptional. We went for the 8 course dinner and was treated to an explanation for every course. Wine was good, very nice evening.

Lovely location, interesting room with character
The food was very expensive, but too clever by half eg nice mushroom soup not improved by some blue ice cream in the middle, delicious steak but no nice veg, chocolate dessert looked fancy but not that good to eat. Very expensive wine
