La disposition des batiments. Trés bien entretenu, personnel au petits soins. Epicerie dans le complexe. Piscine très propre. Plage à proximité avec bar restaurant. Le top.

El alojamiento era perfecto para una pareja, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Agradezco enormemente que la cama fuera sumamente cómoda. La playa bellísima, igual que la piscina. Me encanto que la jardineria este tan bien cuidada. La comida y servicio en restaurante de 10. Definitivamente volveré.

Estaba muy limpio todo y en orden.
La anfitriona respondió con mucha rapidez y amabilidad.
La joven que asiste en la limpieza sumamente cordial .

Hotel is in a closed complex close to the sea. To get there you need to pass a checkpoint and have your reservation confirmed. When we arrived at 7PM there was no reception open and the room was opened by a security guard (you need to be fluent in Spanish). The room was ok. There are some nice pools outside but major attraction with slides was closed.
It was really difficult to get in the room. First we needed to confirm our reservation with the guards on the main gate. Then we found no reception and stumbled around in this building and messaged to the owner. Eventually a security guard showed up. He asked us to pay in cash as the card payment option was not working. The guard could not pay us back larger bills so we had to pay exact amount or leave extra cash with him. Luckily we had almost the exact amount. The whole ordeal of getting into our room lasted for an hour. They had problems opening the door as the door's security code was incorrect and needed renewal. Much better option is to stay in Tracadero Beach Hotel
