El personal es muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. El hotel es muy bonito y muy cerca de Ajijic. El área de alberca está muy bien y es un plus que tengan restaurante y servicio de bar. Los jardines y áreas comunes las tienen muy bien arregladas.
Las habitaciones son un poco chicas.

La gente muy amable y el espacio muy cómodo y de fácil acceso
Dejé mi cartera en la habitación guardada en el cajón del buró, se realizo la limpieza y cuando revise mi cartera faltaba un billete de 500.

Everything is new and the people are very nice
The Air conditioning didn't work, the hot water didn't work properly and a very bad internet connection
