It features island life décor in soothing shades of blue, green, and orange carried throughout. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and is equipped with sleek countertops, white appliances, freshly painted cabinets, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic cookware, and utensils. The modern bar-height dining table provides seating for four to dine. There is also a bench for guests to pull up for extra seating. The living room consists of a matching sleeper sofa and a love seat for guests to watch TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, closet, and custom floating nightstands with personal lighting. The hall bathroom holds a shower/tub combination unit. The master bedroom (BR2) is also made up of a Queen bed, closet, and custom floating nightstands with personal lighting. The private en-suite bathroom is supplied with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room is located below the ground level, complete with a full-size washer, dryer, grill, and extra chairs for sitting outside. It has a great patio area with outdoor seating and a picnic table to enjoy time outside while you cook the day's catch on the grill. Sip coffee from the front balcony and enjoy the bay breeze. You can catch glimpses of the ships going through the channel from the road. Plenty of parking for a boat. Across the street is the city pool (which is heated during the winter months). For most part the stay was nice except for the coffee pot was not clean, most of the lights on the steps were not working and the floors needed to be swept

Everyone had a great time and a good place to stay is key to that on vacation. The house was clean and comfortable. The renting process was very easy. Will for sure look to book a smiliar trip next time.

Our property’s view was an RV Park. There were roaches and ants in our room. Black hair balls rolled in the bedroom and long black hair was on the floorboards of the bathroom. My kids didn’t sleep in the extra bedroom due to the ants, so used the pull out sofa. The sheet was dirty, so they slept on a blanket. The dishes were greasy and unclean, so we had to wash every item before use. A very disappointing and horrible experience.

Place was spotless, well-stocked, and all appliances were working. Decoration was lovely. Manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay there again.

The property was very nice. Plenty of room for parking. Close to shops and the beach is right down the road. The outside light needed to be changed and maintenance changed it that day. Quick responses on any questions I had.

It was a really nice place and very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of kitchen pots and dishes. I will definitely stay there again! So close to the water too! Very satisfied customer 🐋
