About this cottage rental
After a day of fun at the races or exploring Hot Springs relax, a drink in hand on the spacious deck watching the sunset on the Lake Hamilton main channel. This cottage has a fabulous view of the water, so close you'll feel like you're floating. Fill your days boating, fishing, swimming, gambling, watching the horses run and exploring the city when you book this 3 bedroom (queen size beds) gem on a private, gated peninsula. There are cameras located in the carport and covering the front door.

Joe was great at responding right away for questions or any concerns. Check in/out was super easy. The place itself was beautiful inside. We had 3 couples stay and had more than enough room for all. Having each room have their own bathroom was perfect. The outdoor space was also amazing. Plenty of seating/lounging space and the hot tub was used daily. Sitting outside watching the boat traffic was great as well. Lots of things to do close by and downtown was only 15 min away. Really great rental and completely recommend staying here.

Been coming to Hot Springs a couple times a year for 20 years for our couples getaway. We always rent a different home. I can honestly say this was the top of the list. Beautiful lake front home with expansive deck, hot tub, outdoor living space with easy check-in and communication by the hosts. Neighborhood is very nice, home was clean, neat and well stocked. Very convenient to restaurants and downtown. We will be back.
