I cannot say enough about this sweet little place tucked back in the neighborhood of wheat Ridge. So centrally located to many areas of interest. Breweries, hiking, downtown, Denver, grocery stores and so on. The place was immaculately clean, so many little extra perks. Keurig‘s for the coffee maker, little snacks, Just felt very homey. Pammie the host was extremely available when needed. Oh and how could I forget the extremely comfortable king size bed!!!! We will be back!

Employees from our organization stayed while attending a training for several days. They loved the house and enjoyed their stay very much. Their only feedback was that the two spare chairs in the living room aren't super comfortable for movie/tv watching; the chairs look great and are stylish, just not cozy. Pammie was wonderful and very communicative and responsive to my questions---really appreciated that! Thank you so much for having us!

I’ve booked and stayed in a lot of vacation homes over the years & this one was top notch! Plenty of space for all of us, lots of extra amenities, comfortable beds, and for the first big snow weekend of 2023, having garage access was a HUGE plus! We will be back! Loved it!

We chose this location because of the proximity to Red Rocks. The neighborhood is nice but there really isn't anything in Wheat Ridge. However, it's close to several other amazing towns including Golden!

There was a total of 6 of us we had a great time. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house we were there visiting relatives. We spent a lot of time sightseeing. The house itself is very clean and very well stocked with spices, paper towels, toilet papers, coffee, etc.. And Pam was a pleasure to communicate with… The house is very close to Denver, Golden, an hour away from Breckenridge all very nice places to visit..

The house is nicely decorated. It was hot the first 2 days and the HVAC system had no problems keeping the house cool. Beds are comfortable; kitchen is well-stocked, though we only used it for breakfast. It is a perfect location for exploring the Denver area and for going to Red Rocks. The proximity to the quaint little town of Arvada was an unanticipated bonus. Our host was easy to communicate with via text and VRBO.

The home is recently renovated, and the pictures accurately reflect the residence. It is nicely decorated, and located close to grocery stores, shopping areas, restaurants, and several great parks. It also has easy access to the highway. Having the garage to park in was convenient. The gas grill worked well for us as well as all of the kitchen appliances. The coffee pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, spice rack, an assortment of cooking utensils, and other personal touches were a welcome addition. Edward's meat market, which is just down the road, is a great place to pick up some meat or fish for grilling on the back patio. I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to the area. It was an absolutely hassle-free, enjoyable stay.

I wanted a place where my whole family could stay together for my daughter’s Red Rock wedding. This home was perfect for many reasons: centrally located between Red Rocks, Golden, Arvada, Downtown Denver, and DIA; three bedrooms and three baths, laundry facilities, and plenty of space for all six adults to hang out! Pam checked in often and was responsive to all inquiries. Everything went just the way I hoped!

Pam was exceptional to work with. Easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we had. The home was lovely and a perfect setting for our guys weekend (in town for a concert at Red Rocks). Beds were very comfortable. Even supplied extra pillows and fans if needed. Appreciated all the details that made us feel extra comfortable: shower supplies, water bottles, coffee and a book with local recommendations. We loved our stay here and would absolutely come again if we get the opportunity.

Pammie was wonderful and very thoughtful!! All the little small things you appreciate at home are thought of in your stay. We had two adults, two 17 y/o and a 9 y/o and the space was perfect for us. My only regret is that we didn’t book for a longer stay!! Thank you Pammie for everything!!

The property was perfect for our group, and well stocked with coffee service, toiletries, and linens. This property was convenient to Red Rocks and the highway, but not within walking distance to anything, so a car is required. Development was quiet and clean, but was adjacent to motels and construction. Property owners were responsive to questions, and very helpful. Door has a code instead of a key, so very convenient.

This house is wonderful! Beautiful kitchen and laundry, 3 full baths with nice towels, huge garage and driveway. Included coffee and water. Pam checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

This house was more than perfect for our stay. We were mainly visiting Colorado to hike and be outdoors and the host graciously shared hikes with a lot of detail included so we knew what to expect. The place was super clean and full of amenities including, a full spice rack, waters in the fridge, and k-cups for coffee in the morning. We couldn’t recommend this house enough!

It was vey nice and Pam was helpful. Didn’t like the signs all over the house…felt less homey. But we had everything we need. Grill was broken but kitchen had all we needed.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. We were in Denver for the NCAA tourney and this property was conveniently located 10-15 minutes from the arena and downtown. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The host, Pam, was very responsive and even checked in on us while we were there. If available this property will definitely be our first choice next time we are in Denver.

This property was exactly as listed, except there is an awesome back deck too! Everything was so clean, and every need was anticipated, including nice cold water waiting for us! Communication was spot on. The bedrooms are set up so that the master has an en suite shower and the other two bedrooms have a bathroom between them. There's a bathroom off the living room as well. We only stayed for a quick trip, but it seemed the kitchen had everything you would need to make plenty of meals. This house is very convenient to Red Rocks, Golden, and the airport. Definitely keeping this property in our future visits to Colorado!

This house was perfect for our group of six that was headed to a concert at Red Rocks. It is a short drive to Golden and Boulder. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The back deck was amazing with plenty of room for all six of us to relax.

This house was large and very clean with everything we could need. Access was easy and Pam communicated quickly. The beds were especially comfortable 😌. The house was close to plenty of restaurants and stores and about 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, which is what we were in town for.

Pam was responsive and very helpful with every question I had throughout the entire process. The home was beautiful: beds were comfortable; stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee, water, tea, hot chocolate; huge TV in front room; outside back deck was ideal for morning coffee/evening dinner; location was about 10 minutes to Golden as well as Morrison, and Red Rocks only about 15 minutes away. It is a very quiet neighborhood and a huge garage to park our car in. Pam checked in periodically to make sure we were doing ok. Excellent experience!!

My husband and I traveled from IL with our mom who has physical limitations and isn't able to manage too many steps. This home was perfect for our needs and also had the extra bed/bath for our cousin from Albuquerque to stay with us. The location and amenities were perfect. Everything clearly laid out and explained. Pam would check in with us to see if there was anything needed. Worked with us to allow us to check in early. Tasteful decor AND the most comfortable beds . A true gem in the Denver area. When traveling in the future to the area, will definately stay here again!

We stayed here with our family of 6 for few nights of fun in the Denver area. The location was perfect and in the middle of everything we needed to get to. The owner checked in on us a few times and was great at communicating before and during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
